Radisson Hotel Group has promoted Sandra Kneubuhler to the position of Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa.

With a proven track record in the hospitality industry, Kneubuhler will oversee the group’s operations across English-speaking African countries.

Kneubuhler brings over two decades of experience to this role, having previously served as the Country Director of Sales and District Director for South Africa.

She successfully led the development of the South African Cluster Sales Team, driving significant growth in the corporate segment.

In her new role, Kneubuhler will focus on:

  • Expanding the Group’s footprint: Radisson Hotel Group aims to reach 150 hotels in Africa within the next five years.
  • Strengthening operations: Enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction across all properties.
  • Developing talent: Investing in employee training and development to foster a high-performing team.
  • Leveraging technology: Utilizing technology to improve guest experiences and streamline operations.

Kneubuhler’s appointment underscores Radisson Hotel Group’s commitment to the African market and its growth potential.
