- Two-bedroom Unit: KSh 6,500,000
“The studio loft is more expensive and it’s almost the same size as the one bedroom. That is because it’s a unique product. It gives you two levels of living; you have the upper space where you have your bedroom, your study area, storage space and beautiful windows. Then you also have your lower space where you have your sitting area, your kitchen and your washroom,” says Daniella during the open day.
“That has been one of the products that has performed well in the market. I think it comes in as a comfortable living space for people who are starting in life and also as a good investment product for people who want to run an Airbnb. so the project is set to be completed in 2025 in November we are working hard towards that date so as not to break our promises to our buyers.”
For potential buyers and homeowners, they will need to make a 20% deposit. Thereafter, an additional 10% will be made when signing the sale agreement. The remaining 70% payable by November 2025.
