This strategic move strengthens the company’s commitment to accelerating business growth across the region.

Proven Marketing Leader Joins the Team

Thembeka brings over 20 years of experience in developing strategic marketing plans and executing award-winning campaigns that have repositioned and enhanced brand image.

In her role, Thembeka will leverage her expertise to shape and execute marketing strategies aligned with NTT DATA’s vision for expanding its presence and market share throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Thembeka’s appointment comes at a crucial time for NTT DATA Middle East and Africa, as the company focuses on driving growth in existing markets.

Her extensive experience working across various African sectors, including fintech, hospitality, media, banking, mobile technology, and consumer goods, positions her well to understand the unique needs of the region.

Thembeka joins NTT DATA after nearly a decade as the Senior Director of Marketing at VISA – Sub-Saharan Africa.
