Samsung, Safaricom Launch ‘Jisort na Bonga’ Campaign

Samsung Electronics and Safaricom, Kenya’s leading telecommunications provider, have launched an exciting collaboration called ‘Jisort na Bonga’.

This initiative allows customers to use their accumulated Bonga points to access exclusive deals and rewards until November 5, 2023.

Mr. George Kebaso, Head of Product and Marketing at Samsung Electronics East Africa, stated that ‘collaboration represents their commitment to rewarding loyal customers in Kenya. 

“By teaming up with Safaricom, a brand that shares our ethos of customer-first initiatives, we’re excited to unveil a rewards program that elevates the value of Bonga points for our shared user base.”

The Jisort na Bonga with Safaricom, a brand that aligns with their customer-first initiatives, allows them to introduce a rewards program that enhances the value of Bonga points for their shared user base.

Customers can now use their Bonga points to receive special discounts on a variety of Samsung devices at selected outlets. 

The devices include the Samsung Galaxy A04e, A04, A04s, A14, A24, A34, Z Fold 5, and the Z Flip 5. 

Customers with a significant number of Bonga points can purchase these devices on offer.

The partnership between Samsung and Safaricom ensures a smooth process for customers to accumulate and redeem Bonga points across services.
