P&L Consulting, a C-Suite advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Maureen Sande as its new Managing Partner.
Sande succeeds Mercy Randa, the firm’s founder and current Managing Partner, who will assume the role of CEO.
“This is a key milestone for P&L Consulting and even more significant as we turn a decade old,” says Mercy.
“We are excited that the future gives us the opportunity to contribute to the redirection and improvement of our industry. We are honoured to have Sande on board to steer the next chapter of our journey.”
Maureen Sande will be responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and operations as it celebrates 10 years in business and prepares for its next phase of growth.
With over 20 years of experience, Sande has a strong track record in leading and executing strategic communication and advocacy campaigns.
She has worked with organizations such as BAT, IFC Africa, Telkom Kenya, and Redhouse Group.
She has provided strategic consulting and advisory services to clients including EABL, BAT East & Central Africa, the Kenya Bureau of Standards, UN Women, Barclays Bank Kenya (now Absa Bank Kenya), and NCBA Bank.
Sande holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Daystar University, a Diploma in French from Alliance Française and certification in Leadership Development from the Gordon Institute of Business Science – University of Pretoria.
She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya and a career mentor in various university programmes.
