Zoho Corp opened a new office with a training centre in Westlands, Nairobi (Westlands), to cater to its growing customer base in Kenya.

The announcement was made on the sidelines of Zoholics Kenya, the company’s annual user conference.

The office will be occupied in April and Zoho’s first physical office in Kenya. The training centre, equipped with a video conference facility, can accommodate up to 40 attendees at anytime.

“We are thrilled to open our new office in Kenya,” said Veerakumar Natarajan, Country Head – Kenya, Zoho Corp.

“We believe that our on-ground presence in Kenya will help us better serve our customers in the country.”

Veerakumar said it also reflects their business growth and expansion strategy—transnational localism, in which they aim to be locally rooted while globally connected.

Over the past year, Zoho has experienced substantial growth in Kenya, with a 48% increase in revenue and a rapid rise in the number of employees.

In addition, Zoho’s partner network in Kenya has grown by 33% in 2022, a testament to the company’s dedication towards building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with its partners in the nation.
