Toyota Kenya has introduced the luxurious 3.3 Liter Diesel and 3.5 Liter Petrol V6 engines Land Cruiser 300 series. The series will have three options GX-R, VX-R and GR-S (Gazoo Racing Edition). Santam, a South African financial services group has hired Tavaziva Madzinga to serve as its new chief executive from July 2022. He will be succeeding Lizé Lambrechts who plans to retire in 2022. Madzinga will be appointed as executive director from 1 April 2022 and CEO with effect from July 1  2022, the insurer said in a statement on Wednesday. “She (Lize) will remain in her role as Chief Executive until 30 June 2022 to facilitate a smooth transition to Tava,” the firm says. Centum Real Estate Limited has earned KSh 1.1 billion revenue from the sale of houses in the six months ended September 2021. The strong sales helped Centum Real Estate to record a  KSh 144 million gross profit from residential units in the first half of the year.
