Restaurant chain Java House plans to add five branches in Kenya by October as part of its ambitious expansion plans. Java House Africa Group chief executive Derrick Van Houten says the new branches will be at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Moi International Airport, Eastleigh in Nairobi and Machakos town. The United Kingdom has advised its Kenyan citizens to apply for their visas six weeks before the travel date. UK High Commissioner Jane Marriott said this would provide ample time for the embassy to process the visa. “I want to apologise to Kenyans for the delays in the UK visas.
