The launch coincides with 100 years of Caterpillar dealership presence in Kenya, marking a century of powering progress across industries.
What Is the Advantage Program?
The Advantage Program introduces a points-based rewards system where customers earn points on every purchase, whether it’s equipment, parts, or service. These points can be redeemed for a wide array of benefits, including:
- Parts and service support
- Extended warranties and Customer Value Agreements
- Equipment attachments
- Cat-branded merchandise
- Subscriptions like VisionLink and Condition Monitoring
Customers can also unlock boosters and accelerators to multiply their points. For instance, purchases made via Parts.Cat.Com or service jobs earn 50% more points, while seasonal promotions offer additional incentives. Fleet owners who connect over 60% of their Cat equipment via ProductLink and log into VisionLink monthly receive extra monthly accelerators, maximising the value of their engagement.
