Germany drew first blood, but Shujaa captain Vincent Onyala responded quickly with a try, converted by co-captain Tony Omondi (7-5 Kenya).
A yellow card to Christian Ojwangi gave Germany a chance, and they capitalized with a try to take a narrow lead (10-7 Germany).
Ojwangi redeemed himself upon returning, scoring Kenya’s second try (12-10 Kenya).
Second Half Domination
John Okoth, a standout all weekend, extended Kenya’s lead with another try, converted by Omondi (19-10 Kenya).
Shujaa controlled the remainder of the match, securing their series return with a dominant performance.
